The inserts feature a very positive radial helical cutting edge a a positive rake angle, which reduces the cutting forces. A wiper corner design produces high surface finish even at high feed rates. Used for heavy machining applications.
IC6025 grade: A tough substrate with MTCVD Al2O3 and TiCN coating. Recommended for machining stainless steel at high feeds and unfavourable conditions at medium cutting speed.
